财联社11月21日电，有消息称，小马智行将美股IPO定价推迟到下周。知情人士回应称，此次IPO定价推迟是“因为增发，认购量比较大”。11月20日，小马智行更新招股书，扩大了IPO规模，从原计划的1500万股 ADS （美国存托股）扩至2000万股ADS。此前，有消息称小马智行预计IPO时间为11月21日。
