12月9日电，越南电动车商VinFast当地时间12月8日宣布将在国内建设第二座生产厂，旨在扩大产能。VinFast表示，位于河静省的新工厂将主要生产VF 3和VF 5车型，计划明年7月投运，预计初期年产能为30万辆，与目前的海防工厂相同。
