三言科技1月23日消息，据报道，日前，微软旗下Linkedin平台因未经用户允许使用客户信息训练AI模型遭到集体诉讼。

此次诉讼由代表数百万LinkedIn Premium客户的律师团队提出，指控LinkedIn在去年8月推出一项隐私设置更新，允许用户选择是否共享个人资料，并于9月进一步更新隐私政策，明确表示用户资料将被用于AI模型训练，并在常见问题超连结中表示选择退出不会影响已经进行的培训。
